About Yoga for Mother & Baby
It is important to take care of yourself so that you can take good care of your baby.
In the months after the birth your body has a journey to make to return to its non- pregnant state. Too often this journey is ignored.
Gentle yoga exercises and breathing techniques will help restore your pelvic floor, your abdominal muscles, and the tone your entire body. Relaxation techniques can help you cope with the sleepless nights and the enormous adjustment to life with a new born.

£48 for a block of six classes. Trial class costs £6.00
These classes are not just for first time mothers – we all need support and exercise after the arrival of a baby, first or subsequent.
Gathering with others can build a useful support network now and for once the baby is born.
Susanna is an experienced yoga teacher and is trained and registered with the Birthlight organisation to teach yoga for pregnancy and mother and baby yoga classes.
Susanna has three children and first started practicing yoga during her second pregnancy.
